7 Days, 7 Looks: The Ultimate Guide to the Sandwich Method Outfit
April 08, 2025 3 min read

Hello everyone~ Today I want to share with you the sandwich style that has been very popular recently. Have you tried the "sandwich style" that has been very popular recently?
✨Simply put, it is like making a sandwich, using colors or elements that echo each other as "bread" and stacking bright "fillings" in the middle to easily create a sense of layering! This little trick will make sure your outfits look balanced and cohesive while giving you plenty of room to play with colors and textures.
What Is the Sandwich Outfit Formula - Choosing Your “Bread” and “Filling”
Think of your outfit like a sandwich:
The "bread": These are the top and bottom pieces that match or share a similar tone (like your jacket and shoes, or your hat and pants).
The "filling": This is your statement piece, the part that adds contrast—like a bold-colored jacket, a unique pattern, or a cool layering item.
This method is foolproof and works for any aesthetic, whether you love sporty, chic, or streetwear vibes.
I decided to test the "sandwich method" for a week and it didn't disappoint! I found it to be one of the easiest styling techniques I've ever come across. It's very simple and intuitive, and it will help if you don't know how to dress daily. So, let's get started with all my attempts:
Monday: The Classic White Sandwich ⚾
Starting the week fresh with a clean, sporty vibe! A white striped baseball jersey and white sneakers make up the "bread," while the loose fit and relaxed style keep things casual. Pair this with light-wash jeans or shorts for a crisp and put-together Monday look.

Style tip: Want to add a little more edge? Throw on a cap or layer with a lightweight hoodie underneath!

Tuesday: The Earthy Contrast Sandwich
Tuesday is a little more casual. Mixing comfort and cool, this outfit pairs a white baseball cap and white sneakers as the "bread," with a brown oversized football jersey and green utility pants as the "filling." The combination of sporty and workwear elements makes this fit look effortlessly trendy.
Style tip: Roll up the sleeves and add a crossbody bag for that extra street-style touch.

Wednesday: The Preppy Pop Sandwich
It's time for some mid-week color! A white base shirt (skirt) and white sneakers create a sandwich effect, while a powder blue plaid varsity jacket adds a youthful and fun pop of color in the middle. The jacket's bright colors are concentrated in the middle layer, which can also visually make the legs look longer—a must-have for short people!
Style tip: Try knee-high socks or a mini backpack to complete the aesthetic.

Thursday: The Burgundy Boost Sandwich
Thursday needs a "serious but not boring" outfit! The white base and high-top shoes stabilize the tone and perfectly integrate all the elements. The bold burgundy varsity jacket adds a warm autumn feeling, and the light blue jeans neutralize the formality, creating a bright and casual look. This is the perfect Korean drama workplace female-man style~
Style tip: Play with accessories like gold jewelry or a sleek belt to elevate the outfit.

Friday: The Monochrome Edge Sandwich
Friday calls for a little attitude! The gray and black contrast jacket makes the overall look more layered, the lower body uses washed jeans to add a casual feel, and then a pair of thick-soled gray shoes balance the whole look, full of coolness!
Style tip: Swap out sneakers for chunky boots if you want a more elevated, streetwear feel.

Saturday: The Cozy Chill Sandwich
Weekend mode: On! Comfort is key with a loose-fitting pink football jersey and grey oversized sweatpants. A white sports bandana and white sneakers create a sandwich effect, ensuring the look is cohesive and not just ‘lazy’. This is the perfect outfit for walking the dog, grabbing coffee, and going to the park on the weekend!
Style tip: Pair this with a tote bag and oversized sunnies for that "off-duty model" look.

Sunday: The Biker Chic Sandwich
How can you not ride a bike on Sunday? With a loose white football jersey + trendy ripped jeans, a pair of white boots, and a helmet, ride a motorcycle, and start a free day!
Style tip: Add a leather jacket or silver jewelry to bring out the edgy vibes.

This is my "sandwich outfit" OOTD for the week! Which one do you like best? Or do you have your sandwich outfit? Let me know in the comments! ✨

How to Design Your Logo: 7 Logo Types Explained (and Which One Actually Works on Custom Jerseys)
July 06, 2026 7 min read
This article is a custom jersey purchasing decision guide for the US market, addressing a key user question: how to choose the most suitable logo from seven mainstream logo types for jersey printing.
The article starts with a common user misconception—"A logo that looks good on a computer screen might completely fail when printed on a jersey"—and then systematically compares the performance differences of seven logo types—Wordmark, Lettermark, Monogram, Mascot, Emblem, Abstract, and Combination Mark—in real-world printing scenarios. Each type is broken down into four dimensions: "Applicable Scenarios," "Advantages," "Failure Conditions," and "Printing Perspective"—and supplemented with scenario-specific decision-making guides for four typical user groups: school teams, sports clubs, youth teams, and modern brands.
The latter half of the article focuses on practical application: common design error warnings, file format standards, the complete process from design to production, and targeted FAQs. The overall structure is "problem recognition → type comparison → decision guide → practical preparation → action guidance", which helps teams avoid printing failures during the design stage, save time and costs, and ensure that the final product is clearly identifiable and professionally appealing on the field.
